"Dr. Bell is fantastic! The front desk staff is very unprofessional. They are rude and not friendly. I called to confirm my son's annual appointment and was told to call back in the morning. I called the next morning and was told that the doctor was not in. The staff did not bother to update my current phone number that I had given. The receptionist said they called and left a message. I asked her what happened? She stated the number was a nonworking number..so therefore she lied! No message was left. I work in an office and phone numbers are always confirmed at every appointment. I had taken off from work that day. I asked if I could reschedule and was told to call back after Thanksgiving. Let alone this is not the first time this has happened. Once before I showed up at my important, the doctor was not in. Front desk receptionist told me a message was left. I never received any message. I called back today to reschedule. The receptionist told me I should have called before she shut down the computer. And to call back in the morning!! Why answer your phone service if you're closing or not able to schedule patients? Unbelievable!! This will be my sons last visit."
