"If you are choosing to delay vaccines for your children or choosing not to vaccinate them, DO NOT come to this office. I have been taking my son here for 7 years, and I felt pressured to give him shots when I was younger. Now that I'm older and have a new baby as well as done my research, this time around, we decided to delay vaccines. I went to the office 3 times, and each time, I politely told them no thank you, and we were going to wait. Every time they tried to scare monger us into getting her shots. It wasn't till this last visit that they finally told us that they would not service us if we chose not to vaccinate. It's their "policy." I said thank you respectfully and have found a new pediatrician for my children. I find it really odd that one of the risk that is associated with the shots that I'm concerned about the doctors aren't aware of it and can't give me further information when the risk is literally located on the packaging. When I explained how I was concerne, they told me that WASN'T a risk they were aware of associated with the vaccine. I think my concerns and questing are valid after the health care syste, and the CDC has lied to us over the past two years. Instead of trying to force us to do something we aren't comfortable wit, how about trying to take the time to hear and understand. Also, I don't appreciate the fact that I was talked down on as if just because I don't have a doctorate degree, I am uneducated and incapable of raising my children. Y'all can feel however you want to be nobod, and I mean nobody will love and raise my children better than me!! I am extremely disappointed with this group of doctors and do not recommend them !"

"Edit: 20 months later and we still highly recommend this practice, especially Dr. Haugeto. She pays attention to our daughter's history, listens to our concerns, and has a very down to earth approach to treatment. I cannot thank or recommend her enough. We have loved working with everyone at this office, but we just had a great experience with Stephanie and Dr. Haugeto. Our 4 month oldest first time being sick turned out to be salmonella poisoning and of course it was over a weekend. Both providers were responsive, took our concerns seriously, were clearly looking out for our daughter's best interest, and made a point to follow up with us before their office even opened on Monday morning. Definitely keeping our daughter's care with this practice."

"Have been using this pediatrician's office for the last 20 years. With our share of ups and downs, but mostly positive experiences. Recently we have been seeing Dr Guthrie who is new there and excellent. Our experience has been that he listens well, has been respectful of us as parents and our thoughts and opinions. He is knowledgeable, a great communicator and his bedside manner with our daughter is perfect. Highly recommend him."

"Both of my children are patients at this office and 1 of my children have been going here for 15 years. I have been saying for a while that I needed to find another Pediatrician. Well now is definitely the time. None of my concerns I have for my children get addressed. All symptoms get down played and never addressed. My son is never dx. with anything when we bring him but he’s displaying symptoms. And it’s never anything that they can give him when he’s sick. Not sure why…..If I need true medical assistance with my children, I have to take them to Patient First or the ER and that has been for the past 5 years of going here. So I will be changing Pediatricians real soon."

"When I took my kids in for sick visit, the doctors did not prescribe antibiotics when needed and then my kids ended up with bronchitis, This has happened more than once. Then we went back a week later because their fever never settled and they were positive for the flu."
