"I'm not sure why people are having a hard time reaching this office (Pediatrics of Seven Corners) I've been able to get through and schedule a COVID 19 vaccination appointment for my 2 sons without any issues. Dr. Lamson was very patient with my 2 year old (who hates shots and doctors), but he was able to get him to cooperate by playing peek a boo and making him laugh. My 4 year old on the other hand liked the video games and decorations in the waiting room and patient rooms, so he already liked Dr. Lamson from the get-go, so had no problems when he was administered his vaccine. I enjoyed our experience here, if we didn't live so far, I'd definitely be bringing my 2 boys here for their regular checkups and sick visits."

"I have been unable to obtain my child's medical records. I have had to repeatedly call the office and more times than not, no one answers the phone. When they do answer the phone, I give them my child's information, a fax number, an address in case the fax doesn't go through, and then I wait. A few weeks later when I haven't received anything, I try again. We moved out of state and I can't go in person to get them. We don't have a copy of his records to know what vaccines he's been given so he is falling behind on his vaccinations and he obviously won't be able to start daycare/school without his records. I have enormous regret about choosing this place for my son. I am going to file a complaint with the VA medical board about this place."

"This is the worst and most outdated facility I have ever been to. Not to mention it looks and feels dirty and unsanitary. The office only has 2 small rooms, the staff seems always short with you and inconvenienced when speaking with them. They hardly answer their phone. So if you have a sick kid and you’re trying to contact your doctor GOOD LUCK! They can’t even email your medical records because they ONLY do paper chart. It’s 2023 there is no excuse for a medical facility to not be able to email medical records! They can’t refund payments electronically making it again an inconvenience to get your money back. They process all refunds via physical check. A doctor’s office is only as good as its front desk and the staff. When ask why I can’t receive my refund on the the card I paid with their answer was “this is how it’s been done for over 40yrs” as if it’s an adequate reason to not have modern processing methods. If you care for your child don’t go to this facility."
