"I have tried to call 2 different numbers for Dr. Jay Bernstein and either it’s not in service or not correct but it’s showing that this office is still opened. I need my daughters medical records. Can someone please contact me or atleast update your office information on google. I never even received any notice that the office number or address not if the office has decided to close since the past year or 2. How can a doctors office close and not notify their patients!"

"Since the switch to kingdom medicine and the new staff that they have hired, it is just horrible. The receptionist is rude and unhelpful. My husband wanted to make an appointment for my son and since my son does not want to miss school he wanted a later appointment time and all the receptionist would say is "the doctor doesn't see anyone in the afternoon only the morning " so when my husband asked to speak to someone else or her supervisor she hung up the phone on him and when he called back and attempted again she dos the same thing. That is just down right unprofessional. I will be finding a new doctor for my children."

"Totally happy with staff and Doctors . Every time we have been in with my grandson they have been compassionate and caring. Very patient and giving my grandson the attention he needed. They have even called the day after to make sure all is well. We moved from PA and highly recommend this office . We have been with this office now for a year."

"The staff is not very friendly. Also if you have an appointment say at 1030, you shouldn’t been seen an hour later. If I’m taking the time to make sure I’m there on time, then the doctors need to make sure they see my child within a reasonable time. It’s seems they are over scheduling and it’s not fair. Just make the appointment for a different day. I will be finding another pediatrician for my daughter because this is ridiculous. I would not recommend this doctors office for your child unless you like to wait and and be mistreated."

"My children are new patients of this practice. My husband and I were impressed that the on call pediatrician came to see our son at 9:30 p.m. the day I received notification I could go home the next day. When my children needed an urgent appointment, we were seen that same day and given sufficient time to discuss all concerns without feeling rushed. I relocated here from the midwest and this is how doctors treat patients. I'm not sure ehy others clsim they are rude, snippy or more concerned about "their time." In my experience, thry have been totally focused on my children's needs first, even calling me to follow up on my baby's diaper rash. That showed me total compassion, patient focused. We're pleased eith this office,sll doctors, all nurses and all office staff."
