About the Business
The Warm Springs Pool by Omni Homestead Resort is a historic institution located at 183 Church Drive in Warm Springs, Virginia, United States. Guests can once again enjoy the therapeutic waters at the Warm Springs Pools, which have undergone a $4 million rehabilitation. The bathhouses are open from Tuesday to Sunday, with reservations required for a 50-minute soak priced at $30 per person.
The rehabilitation project aimed to preserve the historic character of the structures while ensuring they can serve for many years to come. The Warm Springs Pools have a rich history dating back to the 18th century, with the original stone basin built in 1761. The resort has applied for state and federal tax credits related to the restoration of the pools.
Local legends suggest that Native Americans discovered the crystal springs in the valley hundreds of years ago, with evidence of human use dating back 9,000 years. The springs have a consistent flow and temperature, remaining at a natural body temperature all year and flowing at a rate of 1,700,000 gallons per day.
The bathhouses offer a unique experience for guests, with Virginia-influenced cuisine and regional brews available. The institution also hosts themed programs for kids ages 5-10, providing a fun-filled experience for families. Guests can also join the loyalty program to enjoy exclusive benefits including free nights and discounts. Experience a day to remember at the Warm Springs Pool by Omni Homestead Resort.

"I strongly disagree because I entered at 11:30am and 12:00pm. They already wanted to get me to pay $30 dollars for 50 minutes of soaking in the pool and that is my point that I had not completed the time. Mr. Wue is there controlling, he is very aggressive, he said that if he did not take the things out of the locker he was going to take them outside. I brought my mother who is an elderly person and walks very slowly and I have to help her because they don't have cards or protective bars to be able to reach the dressing rooms and it made her dizzy...as for the water it is Very comfortable, it is warm and if you don't know how to swim, there are noodles for you to use as towels for your service."
"Best 50 minutes soaking in a historical mineral springs bath house run by Omni, previously known as Jefferson Springs, beautiful Mountain area."
"The HOT SPRING itself was 6 ft deep. so we relay on the noodles. We soaked for two hours. It feels good and it's very relaxing. I wasn't planning to get my hair wet, but when the lady told us that the minerals were good for our hair, a plan changed. the flowing water on the other side was great, too."
