"This was my last time to visit at Autobell Hampton..I took full service $49.99..They just cleaned in 10 minute but not properly cleaned..They did not clean even console box they even not use fragrance for my car that was included in $49.99 package..Wasted my $50… It’s better go to green car wash down Mercury street near Walmart in Hampton..and clean and vacuumed your self even worth your money there…"

"They've always done a good job at cleaning and detailing my vehicle. It's a bit expensive, but I've never had an unsatisfactory experience. They're usually quite busy for a detail, but if you have the time, there are a couple of places to sit and wait. If you have something that you want extra attention and TLC on, just let them know! Any time I went in and asked for extra vacuuming for my dog hair filled backseat, they would do an extra thorough job and would let me know that they tried!"

"Never again… this is my first and last time here. I paid full service inside and out. The guy told me it would only be 10 minutes. It’s 20 minutes later and they still have not touched my car because these teenage kids move so slow to clean out peoples cars and they move like they don’t want to be here… all the water spots have dried on my car already because they did not hand dry like the service says…Worse full service I’ve been to. No sense of urgency at all… I will never come here again."

"Well first of one of the guys was yelling at me to move which I was in the wrong and I apologize but he didn't have to scream! Second they did not do a good job on the inside. I have beige interior an by the door handle on the inside I had to tell them to clean it. I wasn't pleased at all! They vacuumed good an did the outside excellent but need better improvement for the inside. I still gave them a 20 tip bcuz I know how hard they are working an hottttt as well! But if I do go back I will tell them I was pleased on the inside an encourage an show them exactly how I want them to do it."
