"Great idea - terrible execution. The facility itself is really nice, especially for younger kids. That's why it gets two stars. But, otherwise, its mostly a disaster. There's never enough staffing; something is always closed. Very frequently you'll show up only to find that it doesn't open at 11, like it's supposed to. Sometimes, that happens even when people are literally sitting behind the desk and just 'forget' to unlock the gate, despite the line of people. The lazy river is closed, or there's not enough staff to man the slides. Meanwhile, at check-in, there are always two people, even though only one is working. For members, there's no expedited line, so you wait through a massively long line where people get to the front and then figure out that they haven't filled in waivers. It takes forever. Lifeguards seem mostly inattentive; I wouldn't want to depend on them saving my children. Once, I'm pretty sure I saw one napping. Great facility, but the execution is a total disaster. I would not join again."

"Our son completed 1 month of swimming lessons. The experience so far has been amazing. As a mom I really love and appreciate the patience that the coaches display. Especially when dealing with toddlers melt downs can happen with little to no reason. They seem to have a good handle of keeping the children safe and as engaged as possible in the larger classes and smaller classes. I only have 2 complaints/suggestions. The second family restroom has a broken changing table. I reported it to the front desk weeks ago and it’s still broken. Maybe that’s something hard to fix. The other thing is could some kind of floor squeegee get put in the family restrooms so the excess water can be pushed into the floor drains?"
