"I have had surgery with two different doctors at the practice a couple years apart and they are both so amazing! I also love the nurse practitioners at this office only thing is the providers’ nurses ( not thenurse practitioners or triage nurses) are a little bit grumpy and rude at times. If you want to get support and kindness you’re more likely to get them from the medical providers than their nursing staff, which is odd, but I know they work very hard and I try not to take it personally. The front desk ladies are always very very sweet. I will definitely return if I ever need the surgery again. I really love being able to trust and confide in the person who is performing surgery on me."

"Terrible experience with Dr. Joseph Frenkel doing band ligation. He used the clamp method and I was in so much pain everytime. It made me bleed even more too. He said my only option is surgery! Went to Dr. Tahilramani atChesapeake Regional and she’s been AMAZING. She used the suction method and it TRULY works. I won’t have to get a painful surgery because she listened to me and my concerns. Dr. Frenkel said I’d have to get TWO surgeries because of how bad mine were. Dr. Tahilramani laughed when I told her that. They’re not even that bad but he made them out to be terrible and was so eager to cut me open which would’ve been so painful. Plus it didn’t help my nerves seeing him shake when he was putting the bands on. I didn’t want him anywhere near me with a blade. I’m so glad I listened to my gut and stopped seeing him. I felt like he was so pushy and didn’t truly care about my well being. Highly recommend Dr. Tahilramani for any colorectal needs you have. She’s sweet and caring and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way."
