"It's a fun little ride for kids, but I'm docking stars because of absurdly inefficient operations. It took the employee over 10 minutes to load up a cycle. The guy was just wandering slowly from plane to plane with no sense of urgency. I know some of these rides require extra safety checks for the kids, and I'm all for it, but Busch's operations are clearly declining under SeaWorld stewardship."
