"Great walk with nice views and easy access from downtown Hopewell. Plenty of parking and playground for kids at the entrance. When it’s super sunny and hot there isn’t much shade of the actual walk, but there are trees and shade closer to the parking lot."

"Definitely the best park in Hopewell. The walk is surprisingly scenic, well-maintained and well-used. The surrounding area, including the beach, playground, and various paths, is creative and well-suited to meet Hopewell's needs. The park is friendly to all, and yes, worthy of a separate trip if you live in Richmond. My only complaint is the parking lot doesn't really qualify as a parking lot."
