"(2022 update) it seems as though somebody was listening. Operations are MUCH improoved over my last visit. Good job! As a result, the score has gone back up to 5 stars. It's a good drop tower. The full height of the tower is 305 feet, but it only lifts you up to 272 feet, and lets you do a free-fall drop, until you hit the fail-safe magnetic brakes (which are the white fins you see at the bottom third of the tower). (Redacted comment about how their terrible operations last year caused me to have heat illness)"

"What you see is what you get. Incredible heights and an incredible drop. Make no mistake, this is not free fall. There is no gentle change from stop to falling. You are ACCELERATED at the ground and pick up some quite impressive speed before the brakes kick in and gently set you down. The fact there is NOTHING around you to interrupt either your view or the wind rushing past you adds an extra thrilling dimension."

"Wow, where to start. 1. This thing lifts you higher than you may think it will. 2. I'm not a fan of heights and while the view is pretty spectacular, you are pretty freaking high. 3. Wow... this is one of my favorite 2 non coaster rides in the park. Also the tallest and fastest "drop" rides I've been on. It is intense, it is thrilling, it is ...whoooo! It's a great ride. Get in line, strap in, close your eyes if you have to, hold on and enjoy!"

"What an intense incredible rush this drop tower is... Its almost in the same league as Zumanajaro is at Great Adventure. Your adrenaline will be pumping extra hard as u sit and wait to be lifted up 300 feet... You get an incredible view of the park and then your dropped to the ground in no time... What a rush... Only thing I would change is to have the ride spin as it climbs to the top."
