"Tonight I went to pick up photos. The manager that was on duty spoke to me in a completely rude and disrepectful way. The other gentleman that worked in the front behind the counter was completely nice and respectful. There was a customer there that said “she is a woman and you should not speaking to her in this way.” He apologized when the manager refused. When I said that I would never be coming back to this Walgreens the manager said “thank god”. I was shaking and very upset. The manager finally apologized in the end. I would not recommend this Walgreens at all."

"I used to like this Walgreens but it’s really gone downhill. After today’s experience we will be switching pharmacies - it took 40 mins to pick up just one prescription. They had a ton of people behind the counter but were using only one register despite a long line of customers (given the long intake process for vaccines perhaps a designated person for that would have helped?). It shouldn’t take so long to pick up a prescription at 2pm on a Monday and it messed up my entire afternoon."

"The pharmacy closes at 7 pm! Do you know how hard it is to get out of work and through Northern VA traffic to get here before the pharmacy closes! Walgreens used to be the pharmacy to go to with 24 hours service precovid era. Even if it's not 24 hours anymore, I need a place that has operating hours for your average worker to get to before shutting down. I rushed here and got in at 7:02, but the bars and windows were already locked."

"The pharmacy is shockingly understaffed, and slow. If you can possibly avoid it, never use the pharmacy here. I had an appointment for a vaccine 45 minutes ago, and am still waiting. I spent 27 minutes in line, with only two people in front of me. Once I got to the counter, It took the woman 11 minutes to check me in. The guy behind me in line had been called this morning and told his prescription was ready, and after waiting in line for over half an hour, he was told it wasn’t. Terrible terrible place unless you have nothing better to do for a couple of hours than stand in line."

"I've been getting my prescriptions here for a year (and I have a lot of prescriptions). The staff has always been efficient, prompt, kind, and friendly. They are good at letting you know when a prescription has been filled. The outside window pick-up is convenient. I was impressed that once as I sat in my car at the outside window getting prescriptions previously filled, I got a phone call from my internist that I had an infection and that he had sent the prescription to my pharmacy. In less than a minute, a staff member came to the window, asked if I would like them to fill the prescription while I waited, I said yes, and they did, which saved me an additional trip to the drug store. In my opinion the service they give is excellent."
