"The store is clean and well organized with plenty of groceries and staff. Prices are good but I always shop the sales. Although this is a smaller Giant, they have a nice selection of prepared food. It is located in the deli. Speaking of the deli they have a great selection. The salad bar is quite large and diverse. Of course it is not cheap but if you want a beautiful salad on the go for lunch or dinner they have everything you could think of. The bakery has delicious bread, donuts, any type of sweet you can imagine. I use the Giant Food app when I'm trying to find something unusual. I search for the item and it tells me what aisle it is located on. There are plenty of staff to help you but I like to get in and out of the store quickly. You may think that it is a difficult parking lot because there are not that many entrances but the line of cars to exit or enter the store move quickly. Be sure to check the back of the store for their markdown items. You can get some great bargains! Giant also has free delivery if you spend I think it's $30 , and they have free pickup. Very convenient. Enjoy shopping at Giant Food."

"Extremly rude staff. After taking forever at check out because of an issue with the checkout machine further delayed because the staff member working the self checkout area was not paying any attention and talking to a friend, Meredith chased me to the car with other staff, grabbed at my stuff, and said, "Next time why don't you try paying for that?" I was so caught off guard and am still SO shocked and frankly furious in hindsight. She could have asked politely asked and this would not have been so upsetting, but to accuse and esclate an already poorly handled situation, it isn't a safe policy for customers or staff. I showed the receipt, had to demand her to give it back, and she didn't apologize or anything after scrutinizing my stuff. I asked what in the world the problem was. I literally JUST spoke to the check out person, and they have cameras! If anything like this ever happens to me again, I will be calling the cops. It is absolutely insane and completely terrifying to have random people chasing you in the middle of the night across the parking lot. Also, the store was a mess organization wise. Tried to call repeatedly, but management is always "busy." "Owners" comment is a JOKE, called in as directed, was told I would receive a call back in 48 hours, and surprise, over a week later and nothing."
