"Nice park but there is a fee if you don't live in a certain county. Other parks have same picnic shelter amenities for free."
"Shelter 2 at Bull Run max capacity is for 50 people. This Shelter has its own parking lot with BBQ area. There is a play ground and rest room right opposite to it and you can watch kids playing close by. You can book either from 9Am to 3 Pm or 3:30Pm to 7PM. For whole day it costs around $150."
