"Do not come to this office if you are a young female specially if you are beautiful. Doctor wife Najia is the office manager and I heard her on her personal phone talking to someone in her language thinking I won’t understand about how beautiful and young customers could come there and wife was discharging any customer that she personally do not like. I heard her saying to a young female she will call the police on her if she does not going to leave the office just because the customer was arguing about her copay when the office was overcharged her. Najia did not listen to the customer instead she told her this is our office money and not yours so I will bring police if you do not leave . Najia is that cheap talking and she seems very crazy and unprofessional. Nurse gave me an appointment last week for reviewing my medical leave . Doctor either had to extend it or give me a release to go back to work as I have a written note from him to be follow up, nurse confirmed this last week in phone so I came in yesterday to get in. Najia is yelling telling me I need to go cause I am not allowed to see the doctor. I was trying to understand what happened cause that was not what they have been told me and I was trying see what could I do next since he is neither going to see extend my leave nor give me release to go back to work and he left in the middle way that by law can’t go back to work and can’t be on legal leave again since he is not willing to write down which way would I go . Cause by law once doctor gave a leave note once , you can’t go back to work until he is saying you are ok . I was trying ti explain this for her she interrupted me by yelling and pointing loudly towards me saying no no no . Not even listen what I was trying to say . She prevents me from talking to anyone else that could explain to me what will I have to do next and she was yelling in way I can’t understand. She seems crazy that has a mental issue specially with young women as she discharged a young women from the office just before I came in without telling her the reason . The patient was shocked.I work in a retail pharmacy when our company is not allowing us to bring the name of police even when we got attacked by g thieves to steal drug. I treat my patient very kindly and listen to them even if they are wrong not only to give a good customer service, but bc I am well aware that patients called patient cause they are patients and we need to be patient with them cause they may suffer from pain , grief, anxiety or anything else. But Najia is crazy has no humanity. Instead I heard her telling patient you go first cause you are sick and telling other leave the office cause you seem not sick . It’s so funny when an educated doctor is well controlled by uneducated and ignorant, jealous wife who decide who could see her husband depend on her mood or weather if the patient a beautiful young or not"

"The worse front desk ever . Najia knows nothing just to yell at all the customers. She just talks a way scary like abnormal making even kids in the office got scared and cried. Najia is not professional and does not communicate like a doctor front desk . Talks unprofessional and use street works moving her hands pointing towards customers. Doctor is nice and other staff are nice . No wonder why this office has 2 stars. I do not know why the office keeping her when everyone in the office was complaining about the way she treats customers"

"The Front desk representative her name is Maria she’s very rude to patients with nasty attitude. Mr. Azim need to Send her for some training. Dr. Azim should know. Always Low pay Employees are not the best for the business. Especially when they have nasty attitude with the clinic patient."

"I wanted to like this place but front desk is not professional, the girls were nice but they seemed lost and did not know how to handle multiple costumers at once. This was my second visit because the doctor said he wanted to see me due to high sodium but we did not discuss anything really. Also he tried to prescribe me medication to help lose weight even tho I have lost 3 pounds since I been there two weeks ago. Of course I don’t take medicine because I’m a 25 year old women strong enough to workout and do it the healthy way and I said that to him which he gave me a diet plan. I feel like this place is so overpriced and the doctor said I “look” like I have anemia even tho my test came back that I’m healthy. I feel like they were pushing medication on me and not trying to work with me to better my health. I still appreciate the service but I don’t think I’ll be back."
