"It was horrid! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I waited over an hour for the results of a covid test, which was positive and the doctor gave me an antibiotic that I can’t even take because it makes me sick. He didn’t even ask me questions about what medication I could take. He was in such a rush to get out of my room, I didn’t have an opportunity to look at the name of the medication. On his way out I asked about paxlovid, he responded that I did not meet the CDC guidelines. Well I looked those up and I’m over 12, over 44lbs and within the first 5 days of my symptoms. So I just wasted 2hours of my life, almost $60, and I don’t have appropriate medication to treat my symptoms."

"This is a great place to come if you want to be treated coldly, not to get your cold treated. Well, they will treat your cold, if you wait an hour plus in their cold rooms with no nurse or practitioner coming to check on you. And if you are blessed with their presence, they process you the same way the guy behind the deli slices your ham. You’re a crooked number, not an ill person. Signed, Someone who signed in, had to remind them that I signed in because I was never called, and waited 75 minutes or more for vitals and a Covid test. Absurd and would highly recommend finding literally anywhere else for your health care."

"The staff was very kind and considerate. The clinic was very busy but I felt the staff did a great job managing the patient load so that no patient waited overly long without staff updates or to conduct the next step in their visit. I loved the text with website allowing me to see where I was in the wait list. I very much appreciate the staff's patience and compassion during my visit. I felt heard, valued, and not rushed."

"Ok. I'd say this place is far better than going to the hospital for non-emergent issues. I was seen on Sunday. The intake worker was so pleasant. I was called right back, and after taking my vitals, was put in a room. The doctor was there in a few minutes, and I then had some blood work and chest x-ray, and shortly after the doctor was giving me a prescription and advising that I see my doctor in two days or follow up with them. It's such a nice experience when people love their job!"
