"Absolutely horrendous. I would never recommend this group for any of your psychological needs. I brought my son to see Dr. Katz in 01/2023 for adhd evaluation. All of the evaluations/questionnaires were completed before mid 02/2023. He did not accept our insurance so we paid out of pocket for this evaluation. We moved overseas after the evaluation was done and we have not ever received the final report from him. It’s like he ghosts you. I had to email him over and over again and then I finally heard from him near the end of 07/2023 and he sent me a copy of the report, he advised that this was not the final and to review it to, I had to correct some of our family information that was incorrect, which he had the correct information from the forms we filled out, then I sent this back to him in 09/2023. I emailed him back in 08/2023 and informed that it would take me some time to review it as we had vacations shortly after he sent it and then I got delayed further due to loss of power from a typhoon. I never got a response back from him to either message in August and September. I emailed him again 01/02/2024 trying to figure out when I’m getting this final report. It has now been 336 days since the evaluation had been fully completed and I still don’t have a final report. It’s absolutely ridiculous. He took my money and didn’t even provide the information/service that was paid for and it was around or over $1000.00. It’s been so long that I don’t even remember the exact amount."

"We saw Dr. Katz to have some evaluations done for our son for his education path. Dr. Katz met with our son a number of times, then needed to see him additional visits at greater expense claiming to need more time to evaluate. Each time we met as a group he was unprepared, disorganized and scattered in his conversations with us. In his first draft of the report that he allowed us to review, he had our sons name and grade wrong among some of the errors, this after spending 8 sessions with him. We were supposed to have a report to supply to the school to aid my son with some assistance tools for classroom learning and the process was to take three months. We are now seven months down the road and we still do not have a final report from him. He is also completely unresponsive to the calls and emails we are sending asking for the report on letterhead that we need to supply to the school system. This is also impacting the testing he is taking for his college exams. Based on the experience we have had to date with Dr. Katz I can't recommend him to any other parent needing some educational evaluations for their child."

"We saw him with our son for about 6 months or so. We stopped seeing him because he placed our son in his lap so he could use the computer. My son was 8 and definitely able to sit in a chair at a table without assistance. Maybe it was nothing but that’s textbook grooming behavior. He should know better."
