"I visited roughly 5 months ago with Keith and he was setting stuff up or so I thought n kept saying next week we should start n months later nothing... I have called 1000s 9f times to only get a voice mail he never returns my calls n the center is always closed when I go there for a face to face. Will b contacting the bbb and court for fees that I never got services for. Worst place ever!!!!"

"If you are looking for a place to hold supervised visitation with a child this is not the place to be. This place did nothing for our case and completly lied to me in regards to what kind of facility this is. Upon entering the Family Enrichment Center, I had an intake with the owner Keith Josey. In this intake we discussed many things, the intake went extremely well, He explained his facility for supervised visitation as a "step up" facility. He explained that the opposing party who was appointed to do supervised visitation would need to gradually increase times, days, that he would need to work up to having visitors. Not once did I ever see Keith Josey in the facility after the intake, nor did he ever actually supervise my sons dad. He never increased time, he never set up "weekly supervised FaceTimes". After a total of 10 hours of supervised visitation out of 6 months, he recommended unsupervised visitation. If you care about the safety of your children, or are looking for a place to help you co-parent, this is not the place to be. Please do research when looking for a supervised facility."

"Did not have a great experience. The lady I talked to was nice but I only had two sessions with her and she wanted to move me to another therapist because she did not have much room for flexibility with appointments. I did not really enjoy going at 7pm every time and she told me there was nothing earlier than 6 pm and no later than 7:30pm. So instead of working with me she just wanted to switch me to someone else. The papers she gave me on coping, she just gave me papers. She did not explain how I was suppose to use those coping mechanisms or anything. On top of that, when I went for my second appointment, I said I was there for my 7pm appointment and she asked me who I was there to see, I was like ummm you? I just thought this was extremely unprofessional and she just did not seem interested in helping me. I will be finding a new therapist."
