"Kicked my 4 year old son out who was diagnosed with PTSD because his father refused to being him on his weeks. Said medicaid wouldn't pay and it was company policy. On the other hand his trauma therapist somewhere else was fine seeing him every other week. Horrible they would do this to a child. And Charlotte is very rude. Will never refer anyone here. This place is horrible. Sad our children can't get the help they need. And offering self pay and more sessions when the other party wouldnt bring the child should have been offered. Again you are not looking out for the best interest of the child. Makes sense though, seems everyone these days turns a blind eye with what's really going on. Should be ashamed of yourselves to be honest."

"This company is the worst My son therapist which i don't know her name but she's very rude,tries to talk to you like your a child,gets very angry when you tell her she needs a set scheduled.. She also suppose to see my son for 2hrs 2x A week and she's only here 1hr an a half every time she comes trust me my son lets me know what times she leaves.but then if i have any type of emergency comes up on my end. she's mad and wanna call the office so now im gone do her a favor in report her for stealing time..Chkd need to find another therapy company to deal because my son and I are done"

"I cannot even begin to express what this Cornerstone staff has done for my family. My son has autism and not many people understand what it is to live was a child with special needs. He was very humble when he was younger. However, as he got older he began to get violent. This place offered great counseling for him with no medication. And he became a son that I did not know he can become. I am so grateful to them and how they have changed my family for the better. Cornerstone is not just a place.
