"Great view from the parking lot. Even better view from the observation deck. and on the rocks themselves. I didnt find the hike up to the top that strenuous. but wow what a view and what an experience it was. I can not wait to go back."
"Such a beautiful area! This Crag is about 900 ft tall and has a roughly 1.7 Mi Trail that leads up to the north side of the rocks. I am not sure if there is a way to get to the South Peak. The trail zig zags so the incline is not too difficult to do. I would call the trail moderate. There are some areas that are dangerous, where you could slip and fall if you were not careful. There is an observation deck by the North Peak. People try to climb the mountain higher than the observation deck but this is strongly discouraged, people have died trying this. The peak is only about 10 ft wide and the winds are strong at that elevation. There are incredible views from the observation deck, you really don't need to try to go any higher."
"This is a really beautiful place. The view from the top of the rocks is just amazing and breathtaking. You can sit on top of the rocks and just wonder how beautiful it is. But have to be careful when up there. It's definitely worth going up all the way the trail."
"Had to run up the mountain quickly because there was weather on the forefront but way worth it. The rock is relatively super thin and everything is climbable. glad we moved quick up the rock. The old ladies route is simple and somewhat exposed, worth it."
"Worth the hike up! Mostly gravel path all the way up. Signage along the way describes foliage ans rock formations. The views are amazing! You can even go past the overlook (at your own risk) ans climb out onto the rock ledge. Dogs allowed and watch out for snakes."
