"The response we got from Chuck during our initial consult just 10 min in was that we needed to just “get over it”. Obviously if things were that simple we wouldn’t be at counseling. We also couldn’t get a clear answer on if he was married as we were looking for marriage counseling and having a successful marriage is something we were looking for in a counselor. He was extremely rude, arrogant, dismissive, and not someone anyone would feel comfortable opening up with."
