I never felt anything but safe and understood when talking with her. I don’t go regularly anymore, as I feel confident in the skills she helped me learn, but I know the door is always open. They also recently implemented a client portal that makes booking and billing very easy. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for someone to talk to."

"Absolutely the worse billing department I've ever bared witness to. Incredibly rude it will leave you speechless. I can not say I gained anything from my time at this practice which was a long time. There are free programs better than this practice from people who actually care. Do your research and my suggestion is to keep looking beyond this place. Billing is one person or at least there is only one person you will communicate with and she is so mean and rude. I regret ever coming to this practice. It was a complete waste of time and money. This place left me feeling like I definitely made the wrong decision ever coming to this place. I do not and will not recommend this place."
