"My husband and I decided to go to counseling during a very difficult time period of our lives. Nancy was our counselor. We saw her on a Tuesday and she said we would come at the same time every Tuesday. During out second visit we waited in the waiting room until 15-20 minutes past our appointment time. We had to walk around to find someone to even ask what what was going on. Nancy never showed up, We left as we both had to take off work for our appt. When Nancy found out she asked if we could come back. We had already missed over 1.5 hours of work so of course we couldn't return. We decided to give her another shot until the following Monday night when she cancelled our next appt. Huge disappointment in a very difficult time in our lives when we needed the help. Unfortunately we lost all faith in the business and decided not to seek another counselor there."
