"Unfortunately there’s not a no star option. Otherwise I would’ve selected it. I had an appointment with Nicole for 3:30. I arrived at 3:35 p.m. and she berated me for being late and having not been to an appointment in over two months. Nicole verbally lashed out at me because she had to do an evaluation. Because I hadn’t been in two months I was required to see the doctor again. So I was prepared for an evaluation. Obviously she wasn’t, because she kept complaining that she had to perform a new evaluation. Not at any point did ska als me why I hadn’t come or how was my health. She also verbally lashed out at me because she didn’t have my chart ( as if I work there). Even when I said to her I arrived at 5:30 she said and I quote “ you haven’t been here in two months AND you’re late Jeeeeez you’re killing me. In my opinion was rude, condescending and confrontational. I’ve never had a healthcare professional treat me with such disdain and disrespect. I plan to NEVER return to River’s Bend/that location again especially if it means I may have to have any interaction with Nicole."
