"We experienced dishonesty and unethical billing practices. After paying the account in full for the exact amount they requested verbally and them stating they would take care of everything else on their end, they added a new bill 2 hours later of an additional $150 for administrative fees . It all stemmed from not billing the guarantor of the account for payment. All could have been avoided with correct billing or reaching out to the guarantor 1 time. Any practice who sues mental health patients that have paid their account in full including a $125 administrative fees…..for additional $150 in administrative fees is not in it for the patients and in my opinion should be charged criminally as they know exactly what they are doing."

"This place is terrible my two children was discharged because I started to ask questions about my children start date and things was not adding up. Ms.Barnes states I threatened staff all I said was they had a certain time frame to call me back and cut out the middle person or I would take actions which took as a treat. Mia Wooldridge is the worst worker always making excuses and my child never received her 10 hours per week so as it stands I am still waiting on my children paperwork if Ms.Barnes don't follow up I will be calling insurance fraud on them cause these companies should be helping these children and they doing more harm than helping them. Now Mr.Herman my son worker wonderful man if he had his own company I would recommend him at least he was kind enough to tell my son goodbye. It's sad when you have workers that care but work at a messed up company like this"
