"My daughter was referred to Kristy Bazzanella from her primary care doctor out of a list of therapists. My daughter chose Kristy. My daughter was excited and felt good with her decision after the first session. After that Kristy cancelled the next two sessions and just didn't show up for the third. My daughter really needed help and Kristy let her down so many times. I highly do not recommend her for a therapist. She is very unprofessional and did not help my daughter at all. She did not help with any copping mechanisms or any help at all. I highly suggest for finding a different therapist. I have never experienced such an unprofessional therapist in my life. She has found another therapist who is helping."
