"If I could give ten, I would! My counselor here is amazing. She has helped me a lot with my anxiety surrounding my family trauma. Also, the front office staff is amazing! They are so helpful with scheduling and helping me with my insurance. One week, I couldn’t afford my whole session cost, so they were flexible and put me on a payment plan that would allow me to still see my counselor. I haven’t found another place that would do that. Side note- they offer blankets that I can take back to my session, yay!"

"I loved laura she helped me in ways I didn't think she could but the reason why I am not giving three stars is bc the boss Holly is very inconsiderate when it comes to money its either her way or no way and she is very rude bc she likes to manipulate the situation to where it's my fault when it wasn't bc I specifically told her how I can make payments and they went against the agreement just bc she is greedy"

"I am reviewing Marc Regan and not so much Kairos. I don't know this as an absolute but I believe they just share an office at Kairos. Nothing at all wrong with that. Marc is an excellent Counselor. He is patient, he is an excellent listener and he must have a pretty damn good memory. I believe I complimented him on his voice, as it was just soothing and calming....it was the the type of voice that lulled me into the trust that I needed to have the great sessions. Mostly, we spoke, conversationally and he asked questions. I would estimate we had about 10-15 sessions. I am always skeptical when starting counseling for two main reasons.....I have found most of them have Liberty University ties and although I am a practicing Christian, I am not a LU Christian. I say that respectfully, although most that read this will take this as a derogatory statement. The comment comes from bad experiences I have had with MD's that couldn't find a correct diagnosis for me but ultimately tried to preach to me, insisting god would take care of it. I found that to be creepy. The second, and its not skepticism, I just really dislike intake of counseling. It feels so overwhelming having to start over with someone and decide if you get that trust feeling or if you get that, is it over yet, type of feeling. Marc was great, he helped me identify 3 main maybe 4 main traumatic experiences in my life that were having significant impact, to this day, on my life. This was very helpful and I am indebted to him for his excellent counseling skills and his ability to Identify these areas. One of the areas and I won't get into them all, was having a very maniacal ex boss that coveted my trust, promised me my professional growth would be tied to his, relied on me to come up new/innovative ideas to show financial success....basically rode my coattail and all of these things would eventually help him get named CEO and ultimately when he got the new job, within a matter of months, he tossed me to the side and decided he no longer needed me. After over 9 years of complete devotion to him, the company and when I say devotion, I mean it was my everything.....lets just say Marc was able to pinpoint this as a major traumatic long lasting not acute trauma. Due to financial constraints I stopped seeing Marc but I would highly recommend him to anyone! Thanks Marc!"
