"I used to love this business. It has gone down dramatically in customer service since Tara, the agent i was used to dealing with, left. They seem to be too busy, and uncaring about the customers. I will be looking for another agency. I was waiting today to make a payment to reinstate my insurance, all I got from them were complaints about how busy they are staying, how many people they talk to and how they get no break. Not only that, but I waited 20 minutes while they were looking for my paperwork, instead of them simply coming to ask why I was there. There was only one very friendly lady with dark hair and I didn't get her name, I would stay if I work only with her. She seemed to be in control of what she was doing, and her whole demeanor was welcoming and apologetic for the inconvenience. I explained I called ahead of time. She didn't complain or make excuses, she apologized and tried to help. I'm trying to figure out if they have that much business, instead of complaining, hire someone to help. Either way, I loved them at first, have been with them over 3 years, but will be looking for someone who values my business I give them if I can'twork with the lady, Im going to try that first. I wish I knew where Tara went, I would follow her if this doesn't work out. Update: The friendly lady that I saw the last time I wrote this review contacted me and she is as I thought, a very caring insurance lady who goes above and beyond to make you feel valued. I am glad they found her, Kaylin is her name, and I am very appreciative of her help recently. If everyone there is like her, Adams still will be one of the best insurance agencies to choose. Thank you again Kaylin, for your care and professionalism."
