"I would give this place 5 stars simply because I love my counselor Caleb Frailey, however I can’t. I had an incident with the front desk person with long blonde hair regarding my inability to pay due to them not informing me of my insurance coverage which is on me. But, when talking with her her attitude was very apparent, she was getting frustrated and then asks me “so what was your intention of coming here then” this made me feel guilt and shame for my current situation. Otherwise great practice! Love love love Caleb!!"

"I’ve been seeing Mandy for almost two years now, and she is by far the best counselor i’ve ever seen. She is very intentional, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients. While she makes you feel very safe and as though you are sitting across from an old friend, she does not skimp on challenging you and helping you work toward your goals. I know others that have seen her as well, and they have had nothing but amazing things to say! I have made more progress in two years with Mandy than I had in the previous five with multiple other counselors. If you’re thinking about finding a new counselor or are just starting out, go see Mandy!! Love her!!"

I go to Mandy Silver, and she is the absolute best! She is so kind and fun and really does have a passion for what’s she’s doing! The atmosphere here is incredible, pay them a visit if you’re looking for a counselor in the Lynchburg area:)"
