"I came to Select PT in Charlottesville to get help on the dehabilitating hip to lower leg pain that was plaguing me since my recent foot surgery that came after previous years of bilateral leg surgeries. They were wonderful in diagnosing and getting to work on the pain during my first visit. I came to find out the pain was attributed to several muscles, ligaments, and IT bands that had tightened over the time of my surgeries and reared up after the most recent event. Within a span of four treatments the pain had become more manageable. They provided helpful manipulation of the problem areas, informed me of what was going on, and gave exercise plans to do at home. These plans provided me greater pain reduction throughout the day and got me back up on my feet for longer periods of time each day. Can't say enough about them and am so appreciative of the care that they are providing me to be the best I can be physically. They are the best at what they do."
"Matt Connor is the best! I was a real skeptic and he made me a true believer in the benefits of Physical Therapy! Matt is very knowledgeable, kind, and funny. I appreciate that he listened to the description of my issues and worked with me to help me get back to "normal" I felt heard and appreciated that very much. The facility was clean, the equipment felt modern, and the location at 5th street station was convenient.
