"My dog was a scruffy mess until visiting this great place! I almost didn't recognize him when he came out all cute!!! He is the prettiest puppy ever now!!! I couldn't be happier with this place!"

"This was the first and last time i will take my dog here. Took my Yorkie mix and when I went to pick her up I asked how she did, she said she wouldn't stand up for her to groom her. She said she couldn't lift her because she is too heavy (28 lbs). Said that if her assistant hadn't come in, she would have had to have called me to come get her. She said that there is usually only one groomer there and they wouldn't be able to groom her. I had already paid her with a nice tip!! I told her I was sorry that she had problems with her. She kept complaining!! Told her that was fine I would find another groomer. Not sure what went on but my dog is now very nervous, jumpy, and seems to be very sore when she tries walk. I do not recommend this groomer!!"

"Yesterday I took Lola to be groomed at Scruffy and Friends here in Kingsport. I am so mad and so unimpressed. Apparently they had a very talented groomer who did wonderful work but that person is no longer with them. Lola was not matted and had a fair length of hair. Maybe she doesn't have a great coat, but for $105 she should have had a longer length on her body and her head was totally out of proportion to her body length. This happened after a client of mine took jar standard poodle that was not matted and he was hacked. She specifically told them to clip him like a doodle. He had been groomed by them before and was done beautifully. This time he's came home as a scalped poodle. Clean face but no top knot. Took all of his ears off. No pom pom on the tail. His groom was an example of LAZINESS!!!"
