They will treat you awful, and cancel your appointment without regard for your pets or the scheduling. I know it’s hard to get into a groomer’s right now, but if I was you, I’d try somewhere else! I’ve had a good experience there in the past i must say, but this last experience will keep me from going back. Trust me, not worth the risk!"
