"My phone died all the sudden as the screen burned out, so I rushed to the store off Lynnhaven and Landon White was such a huge help me! He is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and made himself available to answer all the questions I had and helped me with all my issues with everything. Verizon, you definitely need to promote this man and give him a huge raise! Landon, with your wonderful attitude, you will always be successful! "Customer service was non-existent today! Didn't have what I wanted which is not a problem! After I was told that I was not asked if they could help me with anything else! Been with Verizon 25 years and this is pathetic!!!! Edit: long talk with manager and I think that it will be fixed! Good meeting with manager today! Very impressed! I'm confident that customer service is restored. The problem is not youth but rather inexperience. Explained that I wasn't asking for above and beyond but just basic service but I am under the impression that he wants above and beyond! As well he should! Like I said he's impressive!"
