Barks and Bubbles of Harrogate

"I took my very large dog to Barks and Bubbles today and they done an amazing job considering that my dog Maverick had never been to the groomer before this was his first time and they handled him very well when I came to pick him up he was super excited and as we were leaving he made it a point to turn back to tell the ladies bye I am very pleased with how they handled my dog he has been through so much in his life yet he is still a very loving dog but at first sight of him you would not think so Barks and Bubbles done a great job...Thanks ladies I know he was a hand full. I will be bringing him back as well as my other dog."

"Took our dog there to be groomed her appointment was at 12pm so as usual dropped her off at her appointed time well over 2 hours later no one even calls to let us know she was finished so we called and they had just taken her back then almost 2 hours later! They had even said they had taken dogs in prior to her well you should have taken her in at her appointed time....plus wasn't even that happy with the cut I mean it will do until I can get her back in to her regular groomer. They claimed they called when she was finished but they did not. I also want to mention they had rescheduled her prior to this it's just been a bad experience all and all."

"I just moved here to be with family. My parents took the sister of one of my dogs there. They chopped all her hair off. I took my dogs (and I have 5) and the service was nice but they did not brush their teeth as requested and they cut my small dog on her hip. They also have a setup that is not safe."

"Great experience and very kind ladies! My grandmother is visiting us from New York, and her pup was in need of a winter cut. She was nervous to try a groomer she didn’t know, as she’s had the same one back home for years and years, but she didn’t want to wait any longer to get it done. She was so satisfied with it! She said they did even better than her groomer back home, and she wishes the trip was shorter than 800 miles or she’d be back! Thank you, Lionel looks and feels great and my grandmother’s mind is at ease. I will be bringing my pup there soon as well now that I know about this sweet little place!"

"These ladies are wonderful!!! We rescued Buddy from a puppy mill. He was in horrible shape. We basically had to shave him down and start all over. These ladies did exactly what I ask for, they were very kind and gentle with him. I couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you ladies."
