"We specifically asked for a CBT trained practitioner at the outset and were paired with a therapist that our daughter saw for 2 months. We never felt that there was a plan for how to help our daughter. She wasn't taught coping mechanisms, she came out of each session happy to have had someone to talk to, but never with an action plan to change anything. When I asked for a plan, I was told that the therapist we were paired with actually isn't a CBT trained therapist and that there is no "plan" - the therapist and our daughter just chat about whatever they want each session. As parents, we felt like we were the only ones advocating for our daughter and made to feel like we were the bad guys for trying to hold the therapy practice accountable for what we were paying them for. When we requested our daughter's records be sent to another clinic - the policies (which we signed) were enforced requiring a $300 payment for putting the documents together and shipping them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LUCKINBILL (or Seasons as they're now called)."
