"Dr. Shruti is incredible. She is extremely detail- oriented, and has picked up on small deficiencies (If you can call it that) my previous 2 therapists didn't. I also like the fact that she broke down the treatment plan into multiple phases. Based on her assessment, she recommended Stretching, Stabilizing, and strengthening in this order- or something along those lines, I might have not remembered the wording precisely. This is very different from what I'm used to where at previous locations, the therapist just worked on me and we went straight into exercises. I have already noticed small improvements since I started going here. Highly recommend this physical therapy office also because of the one-on-one care, so you have all of the therapist's attention if you're not doing something right. Please go check them out !"

"Orthocare Physical Therapy is such an awesome practice. I really love that the office is woman owned, how personalized the treatment is, and how compassionate and talented the PTs are. I had the joy of meeting Dr. Shruti Ambegaonkar, the owner of the practice yesterday. She is so gentle and kind. I made a comment that her work seemed so intuitive to her, but it is apparent that with much time, experience, and passion, her craft of understanding the body has manifested into an ability to quickly assess the body with touch. Her expertise and desire to heal others sets the tone for the practice. I was initially assessed by Dr. Thao Nguyen, who is also very kind, skilled, and attentive to detail. She is thorough and made sure to give me home exercises that were gentle to start out with. She was the first PT (I have gone to other practices) to identify my specific symptoms as being issues with my ribs. I was really relieved to have a root cause for my back pain and to have a practice that could provide the help I needed. I have worked mostly with Dr. Zainab Mithaiwala, and she is an absolute joy. I have told her she is a miracle worker with her hands because she was able to correct months of back pain that flared up after a car accident in only a few sessions. She is devoted to helping relieve the pain in the fastest but safest manner, and she spends so much personalized time with me to make sure I am feeling progress. I have enjoyed her personality and hard work so much. Additionally, Michelle in the front office is so helpful, always reaches out to try to find appointment times that meet my schedule, and she contributes to the positive atmosphere on the therapy center. Christina, the PT tech is also kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. Everyone in this office is fantastic, and I truly recommend it for anyone who wants personalized PT by therapists who are equally knowledgeable, passionate, and skilled."

"Orthocare Physical Therapy Center is excellent! All PT is done by senior, experienced physical therapists. I am working with Dr. Zainab Mithiawala, who is doing a superb job. I earlier had sessions with Dr. Shruti Ambegoankar, who is also excellent. I have made great progress on my strength and balance over the course of two months. The supporting staff, Christina, who is the tech and Michelle at the front desk, who handles all the scheduling, are also efficient and effective.
