"Our instructor, Ms. Andrea, had a good command of the presentation materials, and spoke with each member of the group effortlessly and in a polite, professional, and understanding manner. She encouraged dialogue and interaction between the class participants and made it feel like a very easygoing environment and safe space for us to talk. There were some technical difficulties on the instructors end which lost us a little time at the beginning of the class and which resulted in a few moments of no audio/ bad audio, but it was only for a few seconds at a time - so not a huge disruption. Great class overall, wonderful instructor."
