"I called a over a week ago to get established as a new patient. The person I spoke with said they are not able to schedule me. Someone would call me on Monday or Tuesday. No call. I called them. They acted like I was a nuisance and told me that they are busy and someone would call me back that day. They did not. I called again after a couple more days. The guy again treated me like I was a nuisance and told me to check my email, he couldnt direct me to anyone in scheduling. I finally get an email from one of the doctors on the 24th telling me they are not accepting new patients. For someone with anxiety and severe self-esteem issues already, this was a horrible experience that ended nowhere. The staff needs training. I only gave the extra star because maybe the doctors are nice... if you are already a patient."
