"I love spending the time I do have available with the residents through out the day. They get so excited for the Activities here and the time you take to listen to what they have to say. I can say that this is one of my favorite jobs, bringing smiles to their faces. The staff here are also very caring and seem to have a passion for what they do."

"My grandmother was at consulate healthcare towards the end of her life, and she received exceptional care. The therapy here has always been great, so I would definitely recommend this facility for long term care needs and short term as well!"

"Terrible experience! My relative was discharged from their so-called "rehab" in horrible condition. Every aspect of this place was a disaster - the care, the food, the facility itself. Mass disorganization, everyone shrugs their shoulders and passes the buck, the food, which was nauseating to begin with, was left on the cart for 45 minutes to get cold without being served, physical therapy was inadequate. I could go on and on. PLEASE do not send your loved one to this awful facility."

"Understaffed leaving people's loved ones to not get proper care. This usually is an issue due to their ability to pay people the correct wages and paychecks being late that employees seek employment elsewhere."

"if i could give zero stars i would. this place is awful. my grandmother is there currently and she’s been there for 3 weeks. not once was the bed sheets changed. she sat on the toilet for 45 minutes before deciding to get up by her self because no one was answering her bell. she was told they would provide transportation for her to her appointment, they’re now refusing to but can provide another patient transportation to the same place she would go. she was given a “weekly” covid test, upon arrival she got one but other then that, the one she received a couple days ago was the only she’s gotten. we were told someone tested positive because we had an infant with us. so if we didn’t have the infant we wouldn’t have gotten told? and it’s not just my grandmother receiving poor care. her poor roommate had to use the restroom and they rudely told her to just go in her brief and she would get changed. we were there for like 3 hours after that and she still wasn’t changed. she was sat in a chair for 3 hours and no one answered her bells. this place is awful i don’t recommend at all."
