"The massage studio is in a beautiful location outside of Luray- the only thing I could hear during the session was birdcalls and the relaxing spa music. Kris was a great masseuse- she asked questions ahead of time to understand what I was looking for and what type of pressure I wanted. I had a 90-minute massage and enjoyed every minute of it. Shoulder issues that had been bothering me for weeks were feeling much better afterwards and continued to be improved. I definitely recommend Integrated Bodyworks and can't wait to go back again."
