"I’ve been with my doctor for about five years now. I started at Renovo and now I come to full circle. Fortunately I’ve leveled up, so I only have to come down once a month for my urinalysis. I recently got a puppy back in July. He’s not technically a service animal, but he was bought with my mental health in mind. The last time I brought him down one of the ladies came in the room and told me that I wasn’t allowed to bring him anymore because some other dog had fleas that was in there, but if he was a service animal, it wouldn’t be a problem? So how do I know it wasn’t a service animal that gave your office fleas? My dog is up-to-date on his shots. He gets braVecto and triheart once a month for Heartworms fleas and ticks. It’s all good if you don’t want animals there but be consistent and lose the attitude. Customer service is not what it used to be that’s for sure. Dr. Maciunas is the best doctor that I’ve ever had in my life. That’s why I’m posting a review and not saying anything else about it. Now I just feel very uncomfortable and don’t wanna go back in there."
