"recently required home health care after being released from the hospital with breathing issues. I decided to try Caring Angels. The Caring Angels nurses and physical therapists were excellent! The nurses were very knowledgeable and answered my many questions in a way that I could understand so that I could participate in my own healthcare decisions. They arrived on time and were friendly and respectful. The physical therapists also were fantastic. They were friendly, respectful and listened to my needs. They tailored their physical therapy program around what I needed and requested, and not some preplanned, one-size-fits-all program. The nurses and physical therapist all seemed very happy to be working at Caring Angels which speaks well of the management and company. I would definitely use Caring Angels again and also recommend them for in-home nursing and physical therapy."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOME HEALTH AGENCY!!!!! The training for new hires or nurses new to home health visits is severely lacking. Orientation was for an hour an a half. I was given a white binder with training material to go over on my own time rather than having an intensive orientation and training. I only had one day to shadow an LPN for my on field training and was only supervised once by an RN once I was on the field on my own, she did not provide any feedback on what skills I needed to improve on. It take about one month to get paid because most of their work force is located in India! You are paid per visit plus mileage. At the start of your shift, once you have driven over 40 miles, then you’ll start earning 45 cent a mile. You have to drive 40 miles each day to start earning the 45 cent mileage reimbursement. Still haven’t received my paystub to see what I was paid for. Maybe it’s in route from India. Also, there is only one RN who is employed here and one LPN after I left. This agency does not provide the right tools and atmosphere to develop growth and sound clinical skills. AGAIN ANY NEW NURSE OR NURSES NEW TO HOME HEALTH VISITS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY. I SHOULD HAVE HEEDED THE WARNINGS BEORE BUT I WAS BEING OPTIMISTIC."
