"Had an absolutely miserable experience here. Made an appt, showed up early, was kept waiting 30 min past my scheduled appt time. When I finally was shown to a room I had to wait some more and could hear the doctor clearly making verbal notes about another pt through the wall. What a violation of her privacy! Then the doctor came in without reading my chart and thought I was here for something totally different than what I told the staff. He then spent the whole appt refusing to answer my questions and trying to write me a script for birth control I kept telling him I didn't want. I needed a prescription for something else, which he wrote for me, then when I went to pick it up the pharmacy tried to charge me an exorbitant amount. When I called Dr Valentine's staff back to ask them to change it to a cheaper pill, they told me theyd been getting that complaint a lot for my specific script and had still issued it to me anyway without warning me!! I needed the meds right away, so I couldn't wait for a new prescription to process and had to pay the really high fee for the first fill. Overall horrible experience in every aspect"

"Dr valentine is a very good doctor listens to your needs and follows through with everything he says he is going to do. And if theres a problem with anything in your body wile doing test he will do whatever he has to to determine any problems, and he will be very thorough to figure out where the problem is and if any more problems occur he will take more test and come to a determination, Front desk is courteous and friendly always work appointments around our schedule and great customer service and very calming atmosphere"

"Dr. Valentine is great but the operations and office staff are the worst. I’ve been calling for two months trying to get reimbursed for a visit my insurance paid 100%. They are quick to send a bill but act clueless when I inquire about reimbursing. And, I wasn’t aware that they no longer do in house lab work or blood draws. Pointless visit."
