"Let me start off by saying I have had great and not so great experiences with this office. I have had 4 pregnancies with this office and each one has been a totally different experience! I won’t go into each and every detail for each pregnancy I’ve shared with them, but what I will say, is that this last pregnancy was the best experience. I saw Steffi for majority of this pregnancy and she is AMAZING. She took me under her wing and showed the most caring and respectful treatment from a midwife I could ask for. Like I’ve said before, I’ve had some ups and downs with prior pregnancies but Steffi took care of me and my child in the best way possible. She genuinely cares about you and your pregnancy journey. If you visit this office, I strongly suggest getting an appointment with Steffi!"
"My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for several years now, during my appt, we were told the devastating news that I miscarried. Instead of giving us time to absorb the information the nurse immediately went on to describing the medications to take to get rid of what's left. I was dumbfounded by the abrupt direction she took with the conversation. No empathy or care displayed during this moment of shock and grief. She continued to describe my the situation as if it was an everyday occurance and that it happens to so many women. So I became just another statistic in her book, Not a woman who was crushed by the heartbreaking news she just delivered. The office staff were very unpleasant, not friendly or welcoming during any of my visits. RUN FROM THIS PLACE, Take your money/business somewhere else that treats you like a human being and not another ticket to be punched."
"I was scheduled for an ultrasound today. Upon arrival, I realized that the type of ultrasound ordered was not what I was told at my previous appointment. Rebecca was very thorough in explaining the type of ultrasound I was having and why. Rebecca put my mind at ease, and she let me know what she was doing every step of the way. I truly appreciate the time Rebecca took to answer my questions and her professionalism."
"They scheduled me to be induced at 39 weeks. Day of induction.. Literally 30 minutes before my mom shows up from a 9 hour drive. Midwife calls and claims they aren't sure how far along I am? They don't know my last period even tho they askyou that question a thousand times!!! Last period Feb 13 lol it's in the chart. I'm pregnant have obgyn but they dont even know how far along I am?? They can't check either bc labor & delivery plus tpmg don't own a ultrasound? So is the obgyn unprofessional don't know how to do job? Or did the midwife make up not knowing how far along I am just so she didn't have to do her job??? I'm blown away"
"We have come here for all three of our pregnancies and there are huge pros and cons, both. Pros: The front of house staff has changed since Covid and are 1000 times better! They are friendly, efficient and super helpful. Pre-Covid staff members were awful. I like the use of midwives and our L&D experience has been great every time. They only deliver at Bon Secours Mary Immaculate, so be aware of that. They are slowly updating the building and decor and the check in process and waiting area are geared toward social distancing which I appreciate in any medical setting. The ultra sound tech is amazing and very thorough during the 20 week anatomy scan. Cons (from smallest to biggest): Parking is somehow super crammed and annoying. The chairs in the waiting room are cushioned and have lots of stains, which seems like a poor choice for an office that specializes in pregnant women… If you try to call you will NEVER get through and if you are able to leave a message, you probably won’t hear back for almost 48 hours. We’ve had to drive to the office more than once to speak to someone in person about an urgent matter, once it was regarding our 16 week test results and another time when my wife had bleeding during her pregnancy. By far the weakest point of this practice, expecting parents should be able to reach the provider regarding concerns. Overall, they do a good job and would be easy for them to reach a five star rating!"
