"I've been here twice. The staff is pleasant but I never leave here with answers or relief. Most recently (about 2 months ago) I called looking for a doctor that specialized in endometriosis. I was told there was a specialist at the practice. However, my appointment was with a nurse practitioner and though she was nice-- the response to my symptoms was again dismissive. Dismissive seems to be the common response with GYNs regarding endometriosis. My search for a specialist continues as I've found no comfort or answers here, or my regular gyno."

"This has to be the most poorly run doctor's office I've ever been to. The staff is very nice, but Dr. Hilsinger herself displays strong fat bias (immediately ordering a1c and thyroid workups when my records already indicate that there is no problem with either), is unresponsive to questions about diagnoses, and is frequently out of the office during normal hours. In addition, my pharmacy info is right on my patient forms, but the office managed to send my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy anyway, one that's been CLOSED for almost a year now, long before I became a patient. When I brought this to the office's attention, Dr. Hilsinger was out for the week (surprise) and they had to ask one of her colleagues to rewrite the prescriptions to be sent over to the correct pharmacy. And when I started running low on those medications, I contacted the office for the refill order (because the colleague only wrote a single month's prescription with no refills) and Dr. Hilsinger never bothered to handle it, so now I've run out of this medication due to the overall ineptitude and unreliability of this office."

"Dr. Hilsinger performed surgery on me for the removal of a larger complex cyst that had taken over one of my ovaries. I am 2 weeks post Op and everything is healing nicely. The entire experience was a positive one (also my 1st surgery ever so I was very nervous). I will continue using Dr. Hilsinger and her team for future gynecology visits."
