"This review is based soley on my interaction with the administration staff of the office and my assessment of the office protocol. It does not reflect my opinion of the midwifery abilities of the doctors on staff. Unclear communication. Inability to provide basic information such as: do we need a consultation with in-house midwife in order to have a midwife deliver our child upon arriving at henrico doctors at the time of delivery? Unacceptable wait times. We had an appointment at 11 AM and were not able to see anyone even after waiting for an hour. A simple fix and a reflection of care for clients/patients would be as follows: call ahead and communicate to the clients that their time is valued and that they needed to be informed of longer wait times in the office and that they can reschedule the appointment if necessary."

"Sometimes I wonder why they make you set an appointment when you’re never seen at your appointment time. I feel the least they can do is call to let you know he’s running behind! Today I waited two hours to be seen and all that I was doing was getting my birth control switched. When I got back there the doctor invite somebody in the room without my permission and then tells me that he wasn’t switching out my birth control, he was only going to cut the string. The person he invited in the room adds “ask your husband if he wants another baby, then talk to us”, which I found SoOooo rude because I do want more kids and I don’t feel anyone should imply it as a issue. I told the doctor firmly that I wanted the birth control taken out of my uterus and a new one installed in my arm. the doctor refused to do so and to say the least I was so mad that I sat there and waited TWO HOURSonly for the doctor to not give me what I was asking for but INSTEAD FORCE his own opinion on to me. I love him as a delivery doctor but definitely going to find a new gyn"

"May be a good Dr but he’s a slumlord at the end the day. Please go and look at his property at 2025-2027 W Main St. Eye sore of the block that everyone despises. There are squirrels living in the fascia. Would it really hurt to put a a little money in to the exterior? Get the mold, moss and rust off? Maybe paint it for the first time in 10 years? Be respectful of your neighbors and our community even though you don’t live here."
