"Had an appointment at 2:30. Waited more than hour. Saw people come in after me go straight back. The receptionist were loud and caring on about there personal life. DO NOT come here if your life and baby depend on it."

"Childbirth preparation classes are not included and are not even available. When I called to schedule, I was told the classes were already full and there was nothing available for more than two months out which is past my delivery date. Wish someone would have recommended we sign up that far in advance for classes and warned they fill up quick. I asked if there was anyone I could speak to about alternative options or recommendations on where I could get information before my delivery date but the woman on the appointment line was short and not helpful or understanding telling me I could not speak with the instructor and they had no other class lists. This is not the kind of care I would hope for from a labor and delivery department being a first time mom. Very disappointed."

"THEY NOW HAVE FREE PARKING!!!!"

"They don't have free parking available to there pregnant patients during doctors visits . My initial visit took an hour before I was even seen."
