"Unreliable. Scheduled appointment at the time the owner suggested. Waited 1.5 hours in the parking lot. NO SHOW. Left 3 msgs that day. Got a return call the following day. Rescheduled for the follwing Saturday at the time the owner said. Heard 2 different times during the convo, so I waited for over 30 minutes, thinking I had the time wrong. Still NO SHOW. I won't try a 3rd time."

"I have tried since March to come in and wash my dog. I never got an answer or return call. I tried calling again yesterday, and finally got a hold of someone. I asked if they would be open on Saturday, and the lady I spoke with even reserved the large tub for my dog at 11. It is now 11:04 and the sign on the door says closed. No one is around. Even the sign on the door says they open at 9 on Saturdays. Why make an appointment for someone then not show up? I have other things to do, as well as the owner I'm sure, but why waste my time when I'm trying to patronize your business? This was my last effort."
