Lexington Prescription Center is a full-service, retail and compounding pharmacy located at 800 South Main Street in Lexington, Virginia. "I loved lexington prescription, had been getting my medications filled for a few years and my mom still gets her meds filled there. That being said……I received a very unexpected call from the pharmacy owner asking if I still had BCBS insurance through my employer, after advising him I did, he asked if I could get a different heath carrier as they were not making any money filling my prescriptions, since BCBS didn’t pay well. When I advised him I couldn’t, he then requested I get my prescriptions filled elsewhere!! I initially thought he was joking, since I had been a loyal customer for over 2 years. But he was serious!!! I am a medical professional and have never heard anything so darn crazy and unprofessional!!!"
"I have been on refiling my medication for over two years now with another pharmacy. I switched to Lexington pharmacy strictly because it was closer. The second time I get it refilled they failed to mail over some forms to my doctor. So in the process of trying to figure it out. I couldn't get past the incompetence as well as the constant I don't knows"
