"I had a horrible experience there. I was in a great deal of pain as the dentist was trying to extract my tooth, but she was dismissive, rude, abrupt, and, in my opinion, lacked empathy. Thankfully, she refused to complete the extraction after I had to push her hand away when the pain became unbearable, and I was able to get the extraction done at another practice on Houston Street a few days later without any pain or incidence. I would not recommend this practice."
"All of the staff were so nice! I had to bring my 1 year old with me and they let me hold her while I got my teeth cleaned and they held her for me while I got my x-rays done! My 6 year is scared of dentists but they made her feel right at home!! I HIGHLY recommend Lexington Smiles!!!"
